Urban Edge Modular is led by Managing Director Gregory Tatchell, a seasoned construction professional with over 35 years of experience in the trade and a lifelong passion for modern building techniques.

After training in Germany and working on a pioneering Huf Haus, Gregory founded Urban Edge Modular to bring smarter, faster, and more energy-efficient extension solutions to homeowners across Poole, Bournemouth, and Christchurch.
